These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) are an agreement between you (“User” or “you” or “your”) and UCanHost LLC. (“Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the products and services made available by us and on our website (collectively, the “Services”). It applies to all services of Linux Hosting, Windows Hosting, Managed WordPress Hosting and Domain Registration. If in doubt regarding the acceptability of your site or service, please contact us at support@ucanhost.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
Violations of this Agreement will waive your rights under the refund policy:
Any website found to host or otherwise sponsor material that supports terrorism will be suspended immediately without notice. Any site found to host pornography or to link to pornography will be suspended immediately without notice. We do not support trafficking, sharing or selling online stolen credit card, bank account, PayPal or other sensitive financial information under any circumstances. Any service under our hosting environment found being used for hosting fraudulent carding systems will be suspended immediately without notice. Any service found to be purposely used for phishing information or other similar malicious use on our network will be immediately suspended without notice for breach of terms of services. Do not be involved in any DDOS attacks or Hacking Activities.
DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION:
We make no representation that the domain name you wish to register is capable of being registered by or for you or that it will be registered in your name. You should therefore not assume registration of your requested domain name(s) until you have been notified that it has or they have been registered. You took any action before such notification is at your risk.
The registration and use of your domain name are subject to the terms and conditions of use applied by the relevant naming authority; you shall ensure that you are aware of those terms and conditions and that you comply with them. You shall have no right to bring any claim against us in respect of refusal to register a domain name. Any administration charge paid by you to us shall be non-refundable notwithstanding refusal by the naming authority to register your desired name.
We shall have no liability in respect of the use by you of any domain name; any dispute between you and any other person must be resolved between the parties concerned in such dispute. If any such dispute arises, we shall be entitled, at our discretion and without giving any reason, to withhold, suspend or cancel the domain name. We shall also be entitled to make representations to the relevant naming authority but will not be obliged to take part in any such dispute.
We shall not release any domain to another provider unless we have received full payment for that domain.
Hosting Services
This Terms of Service is for all Plans, either Linux or Windows.
Do not be involved in the criminal or fraudulent activity: child porn, phishing, carding, hacking, network scanning, botnet administering, etc. from our servers.
We do not allow any kind of SPAM email marketing activity from our servers. Hosting of spamvertised sites and DNS servers used for SPAM is strictly prohibited. Please contact us before taking any steps so that you will not be a victim of spam from second and third parties of such lists.
If you list the server IPV4 address into blacklists such as SBL, CSS, DBL, PBL, Barracuda, Spam cop, Sorbs, R
ats, UCEPROTECTL1, UCEPROTECTL2, UCEPROTECTL3 etc. we will suspend your services permanently without any notification, and no refund will be given to you.
We don’t allow any DDOS attacks from our servers.
Transmit any material (by email, uploading, posting, or otherwise) that harasses another Internet user. Causing or attempting to cause security breaches or disruptions of Internet communications. Examples of security breaches include but are not limited to accessing data of which the customer is not an intended recipient, or logging into a server or account that the customer is not expressly authorized to access. Examples of disruptions include but are not limited to port scans, flood pings, packet spoofing and forged routing information.
Money-back Guarantee
UCanHost LLC. Offers a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee for hosting services only. If you are not completely satisfied with these hosting services and you terminate your account within thirty (30) days of signing up for the Services, you will be given a full refund of the amount paid for hosting. This money-back guarantee only applies to fees paid for hosting services and does not apply to any fees for any additional products or services. For more information about our refund policy on additional products or services, please contact us via email or ticket using our website.
There are no refunds on accounts terminated for violations of terms and conditions.
There are no refunds on domain name registrations.
ENFORCEMENT
UCanHost LLC. may immediately suspend and/or terminate the customer’s service for violation of any provision of this policy upon verbal or written notice, which notice may be provided by voicemail or Email. Before suspension or termination, UCanHost LLC. Attempts to work with our customers to cure violations of this policy and ensure that there is no re-occurrence; however, UCanHost LLC. Reserves the right to suspend or terminate based on a first offence.
